A time to reflect, regroup and plan
The Process
In the weeks prior to the program, we conduct 1:1 calls with each of your team members to get to know the team and communicate the vision for this experience, following a protocol that we will tailor for you.
We arrange your travel and hotel accommodations and work with the team leader to communicate these plans.
This is designed to be a 3-5 day experience. We suggest that you all arrive on a Wednesday night, work with a facilitator on Thursday, then meet as a team to plan on Friday. If the group wants to stay for the weekend (which we highly recommend), we will arrange for tour guides and transportation to help you explore Baja and just spend time with each other.
